I have found, and purchased, the watch I have been searching for, finally! After almost 2 months of looking for the perfect watch (the one that I dreamed up in my imagination - see posts from 3/10 and 3/31), I finally found it (though the photo on the right does not do it justice)!
I was at Macy’s looking for a birthday gift for a friend, so of course I find something for myself. I was walking by the jewelry and I thought I would stop by the watches for a quick look. I haven’t been doing that as of late because I was always disappointed in not finding what I want, but not this time. There it was staring back at me from the jewelry counter case with that perfect face. Once I tried it on, there was no turning back, I HAD TO buy it … and I did.
The Skagen watch has a thin and light-weight design that doesn’t overwhelm my little wrist. And it has a simple look that can be worn year after year without going out of style.
Now that I have found my perfect watch, all is right in the world ; )
